I love making cotton wash rags. Whether for the kitchen or bath, they are useful, beautiful and unique. One of my favorite things to do in crochet is to grab different colors of cottons and make up pretty sets. These are just my latest. This Crafters Cotton in this pretty Potpourri color led me to pick the blue and pink from Peaches&Cream cotton. The brown and green are leftover from my stash so I’m not 100% sure which make those are.
These make the perfect gifts for almost everyone depending on your colors.
For many years now this has been my favorite wash cloth pattern because it works up super quick and needs no border. It’s not my pattern and can be found in the linked text. It works up light and lacy and not dense. It’s my go-to quick work cotton wash rag pattern. You can make a whole set in less than an hour.
I made up a few soap savers from THIS PATTERN
But, to make it extra special adding fun soaps is a must! I’m always on the lookout for fun and unique soaps so when I found these inexpensive soap ends in bulk and all different I knew it was destined!
There you go! Put it all in a cute basket and add a ribbon and you are all set!
Teacher’s Appreciation Day and Mother’s Day are just around the corner.
