I am in LOVE with this popcorn blanket. It has the MOST AMAZING texture and feel!!!
I have designed this fun, scrumptious popcorn blanket to accompany the Patty Cake Toys, but it is an easy standalone pattern that can be used with any yarn!! I think this would be beautiful in a larger size with scrap yarn and that might just be my next big crochet project!!

Just as a recap, here are ALL the Patty Cake Toy Bundles.
If you want to make the 5 Patty Cake Toy Bundles and the blanket you will need a minimum of 11 Cakes of Caron Cake Latte Cake Yarn. You will need 2 cakes in 5 different colors and then one more cake as the Main Color on the Blanket.
For just the blanket, you will need 6 or 7 Latte Cakes – there are 5 color strips/sections in the blanket with one dividing/border color. You can choose 5 different strip/section colors or 4 with the MC on each side as I have done. IF YOU ARE NOT USING SCRAP BALLS FROM MAKING THE TOYS, you will also need one extra cake to make a border around the blanket. This cake can be the same color as the dividing color, or you can pick an entirely different color.
My finished example is 42″x50″ and I do have a gauge check in the pattern for sizing.
