Crochet “Sweet” Dolls

Hi Readers and Crocheters!!

I cannot believe that summer is almost over!! It has gone by in a flash, but I did want to share my summertime crochet project.  For a few years I had this idea in my head of making a series of dolls that were smoothie or desert inspired with “sweet” names and then when I found this yarn at my local Michael’s shop, I knew that it was just perfect for what I wanted!  So, my summer crocheting began.  Truthfully though I have less time in my office working on patterns these days, so I am so glad I was able to get these finished up before gift-giving season was here.

While this is not a free pattern like so many free patterns on my blog, I do hope to add the basic doll body pattern soon when I can get a bit of extra time.  So, presenting THE SWEET DOLLS

These Sweet Dolls are mostly a no-sew pattern with just the arms and ears being added after the body is made in one piece.  They work up to be about 14-15″ and you can completely customize the colors and hair.  I’ve used fun dessert colors, but you can also use regular skin and hair colors to make an individual doll for that special person.

You can find this 13-page PDF in my ETSY SHOP or my RAVELRY STORE

and you can read more about all that is included in this beginner friendly pattern on one of those sites.

I appreciate all the support here on my blog and wanted to say thank you and

HAPPY CROCHETING, Kristi

I will try to get back over here soon with a new free pattern, but feel free to hop around my blog for more free adventures.
