The last step to these letters is steam blocking.  This step is so important.  I can’t stress how important and what kind of difference this step makes.  I did a post about steam blocking HERE in relation to a different project, but the idea is the same.  This step takes your letter up a notch!  It makes is lay flat, look professional, soften a little and just all around look so much better.

  1. Fantastic blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m completely overwhelmed .. Any ideas? Cheers!

    1. Thank you. I barely get by. Lol. I don’t know much about blogging. I set up my domain and signed up for WordPress and bought a few addons, but I’m new and learning myself. I only have a blog to share free crochet patterns. Good luck to you. I do believe there must be some good online tutorials and info.
