Letter S:
Chain 39. After you make the chain you will start work in the 2nd chain from the hook and keep working on both sides of the chain without turning.
Hdc 5, (2hdc, hdc) 3x, hdc 10, (hdc3tog, hdc) 2x, hdc, hdc3tog, 5hdc, 2 more hdc in last.
On other side of chain: sc 4, (2sc, sc) 3x, sc 18, sc3tog, sc 5, slip stitch around to the very top of the letter and FO.
The last step to these letters is steam blocking. This step is so important – especially for letters like this when you need to block the curvy parts of the letter. I can’t stress how important and what kind of difference this step makes. I did a post about steam blocking HERE in relation to a different project, but the idea is the same. This step takes your letter up a notch! It makes is lay flat, look professional, soften a little and just all around look so much better.

Hi Gail. First, thank you so much for the compliment and for following. At present I only have the actual letters in PDF form here on my Etsy

But my intent for those that prefer to buy the pdf to print is to release 4 small PDFs as I go and then a large bundle with the toys and letters at the end. I will release the letters A-F first and very soon. Probably by sometime late tomorrow. Then the letters G-M will follow in a few months probably. I hope that helps. I’ll post the link for you once I get it finalized. <3
